We're not always good at being big, funny, and sexy. (speak for yourself, Shankin 🤪) We come to psychedelics to help us find our way. To find a new way. To become new; big, funny, sexy. We're taking out lives in our hands. We're taking responsibility for ourselves, maybe for the first time in our lives. “Don’t wish it were easier, wish you were better. Don’t wish for fewer problems, wish for more skills.”

Our bigness is our responsibility. If we're not going to make it fun, how can we expect anyone else to do it for us? We've got to not make it the world's problem. We can't pass the buck. I know the world is mad. I'm pretty sure the world is often mad. There have been apocalyptic visions and doomsday cults since the beginning of recorded history. The world is going to be the world, it's always going to have a lot going on. We're going to like some bits, we're not going to like other bits. I think the key word in RAW's quote is "Seems." We know what Maharajji said, "When a pickpocket meets a saint, he sees only pockets." Our perspective matters a lot. Our ability to change our perspective is a crucial life skill. Samsara and nirvana are one. Many of us have cultivated some ability to shift our realities at least a little bit, we've become a little more happy, forgiving, and considerate, and wouldn't you know it, people seem to be nicer to us. A miracle! We've become masters of manifestion! Who would have guessed. Sometimes when we work together we can create social change, which means bigger and funnier and sexier for more people, and we love that. But what if there is more to it? What if reality has more flexibility that we give it credit for? What if we could jump in ways that are wildly more amazing that we could have ever thought possible? I think it's worth a try. I always have. I'm a sensible person. I'm optimistic. And I want a better reality tunnel. I also want a better reality tunnel for you. Please contemplate RAW's words. Think about what you can build, no matter how small. It will grow over time. And let me know what you come up with. Keep a notebook. Report back. Come to circle or golden road or just drop me a note.
