Thank you all for a Wonderful Year - Being Alive in This Time is a True Gift

Sometimes I pray for the light to shine down. Like the Soul Collective song. Fill me with love, with light I ask. It's a decent prayer, as far as they go.

But then I have moments where I realize this isn't exactly the thing. The love has been there the whole time, like the air we breathe. Like a fish in water. It's not like it's shining everywhere but on me.

It's that I'm closed off. Sometimes my heart is like an infinite number of tightly clenched fists. Eternally, desperately, clutching at the tiniest fragment of control, just to feel safe. Not understanding that relaxing only means finally feeling the sunlight on their palms.

We've all got so much armor that we think is protecting us, but it's only keeping the light out. Layers and layers of tangled, interconnected psychic tension.

I don't know how many more metaphors I can mix. It's getting hard for me to keep it all straight in my head.

But I'm open to the possibilities of this new year. I'm remaining open to the deeper lessons of 2024. I'm excited to continue relaxing I can be more like a tea bag.

One of my elders, Julien Canuso, suggested that I be more like a tea bag. Love flows in, love flows out. No grasping, no attachment, no rejection, no resistance. The tea bag is my spirit animal.

To this end, I'd like to invite you to join my friend Maggie White and me for Tea and Meditation tomorrow, New Years Day. We'll steep in the new year in a cozy and intentional way. The team at Tam Integration has been working with psychedelics for decades. And as we’ve explored and studied, we’ve learned that the basics never go out of style. Good set and setting are as important for a beginner as they are for someone more seasoned.

And there are more people reaching out to us every day for these basics. Folks who are looking for life-changing opportunities and who want to approach them wisely. They know this information is important, and so do we. We’re happy to play our part.

This 6-week online intensive is designed to guide people who are interested in the safe, sane, and healing use of psychedelics.

We’ll cover all the bases so that you feel informed and confident to make decisions that are going to help you take the next steps in your process.

You will be offered a curriculum designed to answer questions that you didn’t even know you had, and to pose questions that will have you thinking deeply about your intentions and goals.

These six sessions will offer group members guidance, community connection, and useful exercises for reflection.

This six-week intensive covers the essentials:

• Set: Preparing your mindset with contemplation, self-care, and professional support
• Setting: Creating an environment and atmosphere conducive to the result that you want
• Substance: Discovering the effects, durations, and best practices for our favorite molecules
• Sitter: What are the roles and responsibilities of these magical guides and tripsitters?
• Session: How to arrive on the day of the journey? How do we imbue our time with our intention?
